Will this package for winter tires work for my vehicle?

My E90 330i is the sport package model, if that helps any:

Im looking at Kosei K1 Silver racing wheels, which are 17x8.5 w/ an offset of 40mm. Will these rims fit all the way around the vehicle?

If so, i will get them as my winter rims and then use Pirelli Winter 210 Sottozero RFT tires which are 225/45/R17.

So, will that package work on my 2006 E90 330i sedan?

Yes, these will clear the brakes and work on the vehicle.

Keep in mind that this wheel has no center caps available that will fit it.

why would centercaps, or lack thereof, ever be a problem?
