High mileage 2007 328xi

When I was at the dealership I seen a 2007 328xi with 130k miles and the asking price is $12k. Was thinking about trading in my 323i since my miles are climbing up there as well. And members have any major issues with your e90 around this many miles?

For that price could be a fair deal or keep looking I paid $15k for an 06 330xi with 76000. I read the reviews for the 07 and 08 3series and the have more issues then the 06 or the 09.
