M3 or non-M3?

I just purchased a 2010 BMW 328i x-drive and I was wondering how can I tell if it is an m3 or not? It has the m sport package and has m3 kick panals and the m3 emblem on the wheels. i couldnt find anything online and I need to order new halo upgrades and This is the only thing holding me back. Any help?

I step out of the E46 section to see this... o_O

@OP It is a M sport 328i. If it was an M3, you would know upon purchase, and your "328i" badge on the back would say "M3"
It's pretty much just upgrades.

I'll take it that you are new to BMWs. Welcome!

The M3 was never offered in AWD and in the E90 version it has a V8 instead of 6. It is a huge difference.
