HID Xenon Kits

Hey guys! Just wondering if you guys can help? I currently own a BMW 330i M Sport in silver. The last week I've changed all my interior lights and number plate lights to LED xenon canbus error free bulbs. I am a complete moron when it comes to changing stuff on my car but still managed to do it without breaking anything. It looks absolutely fantastic and it's got me wanting xenon headlights again.

The best looking kit I can find on eBay is the Terminator kit. I'm basically looking to upgrade my dipped beam and fog lights to a canbus error free kit for as cheap as possible. I also want a good kit which focuses the light so as the light doesn't blind other drivers as have been warned this is a feature associated with the bad kits. I also want one that is "E" marked. Any ideas?

I have been further told you must have auto levelling headlights as well as washer jets otherwise this makes the kit illegal. My car only has washer jets so I called my local MOT station who state that as long as the lights go on and off and the light beam is focused correctly they are happy it would pass. They state they have never heard of the auto levelling rule. Can anyone clarify this with a link to the VOSA website or similiar?
