My Ride: 328i
Radio

Just bought this 328i and i can't use any of the buttons along the bottom of the radio or the menu button. Is there something to check. Radio works but I'm stuck listening to the presets that are in it as I have to use the steering wheel to change stations. When driving tonight I noticed that none of the buttons or knobs lit up, only the screen. Could it be a loose ribbon cable in the radio?

Sounds like the PO had trouble with the radio, replaced it with an aftermarket, then put the original back in to sell it. Locate another BMW radio or buy an upgraded aftermarket one like the PO did.
