Is this a good deal on a 328i coupe lease?
Looking at leasing a 2013 328i coupe (custom-order). It has been a long time since I leased a car, so I want to make sure I don't get taken advantage of
![]() Metallic paint Leather interior Manual transmission M-Sport Package Power front seats No other options MSRP is $45,390 65% residual MF of 1.3 (?) Dealer is offering me (inclusive of all fees) $42,150 as the selling price (this includes $1,500 lease rebate). With taxes and fees (no bs ones from what I see) a total of $44,000. They want $4200 at lease signing in addition to the trade-in they're giving me $2300 for and are offering me 36 months, 10k mi/month for $368+tax/month. Thanks in advance! I'm looking at a 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0T (with a 6-speed manual) and I was quoted around $350/mo for 36 months, 10k per year, and $2000 down with my GM supplier discount. MSRP is a hair over $39,000.

What's on the 4200? That sounds high considering you have trade in plus rebates.

Sounds better but 10k yr will go thru in no time. If ur working commuting at all the mileage is going to kill you. 15k a yr should run another 25 to 30 per month but worth it when I had a 7 mi one way commute I still did almost 15k per yr after couple of road trips and hauling kids around on weekends. I think u got a decent mf residual is ok but u should look at total cost in terms, how much over invoice it cost. Generally 500 over invoice is a decent deal.
