E90 - Rocker Cover cracked

Thinking of buying a E90 - ran a VIN search on vehicle service history and found out that car was in for "Rocker Cover cracked". BMW defect code: 11120001ER. it was not fixed. Any idea what this is and how much it will cost to fix? Car is out of warranty and it is from an individual seller.

Also, car needs spark plugs according to the report.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Just to add to it, I noticed on the service report, that the car was in service for a few days for "high pressure pump HDP permanent failure" and 4 months later for "Oil level/oil condition sensor T\NS / QLT permanent malfunction". Both of these issues were before the rocker cover issue. Seems like the car has had multiple issues - these 2 were serviced under warranty though. Wondering if the "Rocker Cover" is like an engine bay bolt and if that is affected somehow by these 2 previous issues. And this is for a 2009 335i xdrive with about 55K miles on it. The pump issue was at 30K miles (in repair for 9 days), oil level/condition sensor issue at 35K miles (in repair for 4 days), and rocker cover cracked at 53K miles (no repair done). I need to make a decision by tomorrow on the car - so any quick help will be appreciated. Looking for - if I should buy this car, and how much would be a stealer / indy repair bill (Can try DIY if not too extensive - I do not have a garage or any tools as perks of living in the city)

Apologize for multiple posts - but this is the last one. The car has also had the HDP software programming done. The first one was in December 2010 at 29K miles (code: N54 Programming HDP, B13 09 10). The second one was 2 months after the HDP permanent failure. 33K miles in march 2011 (Code: N54 HDP, B13 13 10). What bothers me that even after HDP replacements and repair, there seem to be continued issues with the pump as indicated by software programming, oil level / oil condition sensor failure, spark plugs and rocker cover cracked (still trying to figure out what it means). Wondering if it's even worth buying it given these issues. Promise - no more posts until a reply.
