Elbrus wheels

I apologize if this post is in the wrong place,
I just purchaced a set of slightly used winter wheel and tire package.
Elbrus model# 102 wheels (17") w;dunlop winter sport 225-50-17 tires.
my car is a BMW 330xi 2005.. 2 of the wheels have an offset of ET42 and 2 have an offset of ET20, I tried the ET20 on the rear of my car and it looks like they stick out too far.... rather than take a chance and have the fender hit the rear tires... I thought I would buy 2 new Elbrus #102 wheels w.ET42 offsets and have the 2 tires mounted and balanced on the new wheels.
Is there a way I can tell if my wheels are just painted silver or if they are machined silver with ice coating?
would there be any interest in 2 slightly used Elbrus # 102 wheels w/ET20 offsets (for e46 M3)?
