Nav display problem
Has anyone had this happen?
After driving about 90 miles, I pulled into the garage, shut the car off and the nav screen went white with a few grey vertical bars. The display was unresponsive. pushed the idrive, turned the i drive, restarted the car etc... nothing. I got out of the car and locked the doors. This usually shuts everything off. The screen stayed on. Dinner was ready so I came back about 2 hours later and the screen was off. Started the car and everything seem to be ok. I have had the car for 4.5 years (yes it is out of warrenty) It has about 44k miles. It has been a good repair free car. Except for an O2 sensor. I have made this 90 mi trip numerous times. Has anyone seen this? Does it indicate some kind of impending failure? 2008 M3 |
