My Ride: M3
2010 328Xi Wagon Storage Space

We have had this sports wagon for about 6 months and hoping there are people who know:
- Is there a good storage solution up front? The console will hold a roll of quarters and the glove box will hold a pack of smokes, what the hell, there is no place to put anything except the back seat.
- Is there a DIY section or common problems section for these cars? On my E46 site there is a list a mile long for all the crap that explodes on the M3 if not replaced at regular intervals.
- No g-damn dipstick, WTF, who came up with this crap?
- Still no trans dipstick, still have to crawl around in the dirt to change the trans fluid, dang, BMW should change this as any good gearhead knows to change the trans fluid every few years.

Just a few gripes, but really, any aftermarket storage solutions?

Welcome to the E90. As far as storage, you have the map pockets on both front doors, the glove box, the center console and the storage area under the carpeted floor in the far back. That's enough for me, and but I don't need a pack of smokes.

These cars are a lot newer than the E46 so the DIY on these is not even 10% of the E46 yet, but there are more converts every day. Get used to checking the oil on the instrument cluster.
