e92 42 offset?? TE37 RAYS

My friend wants to buy these rays te37

theyre is 2 pairs

first pair is 19'' 42 offset on front & back [ 2 are 19 x 8.5 2 are 19 x 9.5 ]

the second pair are 18'' 2 x 35 offset 2 x 42 offset[2 are 18 x 8.5 2 are 18 x 9.5]

will these fit? if not what would he have to do to make them fit?

My Ride: E90 335i, Honda Fit
They would fit, but that offset is a bit too high/conservative for an E92 chassis. The wheels would definitely sit inside the fender. Nothing that spacers could fix though.
