Rattling noise coming from the steering wheel

Please help. I have a rattling noise coming from the steering wheel. When I press on the bottom portion or move the wheel up or down, it goes away temporarilu, only to come back on rugged asphalt.
Please advise on what to do.

Someting loose in there? Hard to tell, you should post up a vid of the noise. I chased a rattle for months and finally figured out it was the cabin air filter hitting the plastic shroud under the windshield.
