30 days PTO
6 Sick days TG week & week between Xmas / new year paid off Plus the big 5 federal holidays. Can carry 320 hours. I am maxed out at that though.

I get 2 block week PTO then I accumulate 5hours every pay check for vacation time, i have 78 hours left after my 11 day paid vacation.. Only bad thing is I work holidays and never get time/half

Industry standard in Australia is 4 weeks per year. I tend to work 2/3 years solid, and blow it all away going overseas.

Been with my company less than a year. We start with 20 vacation days, 9 federal holidays, no limit on sick days, and can roll over up to a week.
