I had my own consulting business from 2005-2007. I was consulting for the company in 2007. In 2008 they offered me a full time job with an AVP title, I was 26. End of 2011 I got promoted to VP, but didn't take into effect till Feb or something like that. I was 29.

So to answer your question, I sort of skipped everything before AVP.

Sounds like it. How long and old were you when you made avp?

Looks like your vacation/sick days is better than me....=(

Last year was kind of weird for me because my company relocated me back to LA from NYC. So they threw all sorts of comp days at me to get "situated". So I carried over 20 days last year (california law is unlimited carry over). I started this year with 45 days. lol

Industry standard in Australia is 4 weeks per year. I tend to work 2/3 years solid, and blow it all away going overseas.

Been with my company less than a year. We start with 20 vacation days, 9 federal holidays, no limit on sick days, and can roll over up to a week.
