FS: 2007 E90 335i Sport/Step/Premium/Paddles (Extremely Low Miles!)

Hello everyone,

I have a practically brand new full time garaged 2007 Sparkling Graphite/Dakota Leather Black E90 335i with Sport, Step, Premium, Cold weather package and Paddle options for sale due to a family medical emergency.

I have only owned the car for about 2 months and it currently only has 890 babied miles on it, yes only 890. I have been operating the car per the owners manual factory break-in recommendations, so I have not even taken it to WOT yet and rarely run the RPMs above 4000. I have been extremely careful with it since I planned on keeping it forever. This car feels so powerful that I don't even have to run the RPM's above 3000 to get to the legal speed limit fairly briskly. I have rarely driven the car in any rain and it has never been driven in the snow.

Practically all of the 4 year/50000 mile factory warranty is remaining. Retail sticker for this car was $46,775 and I bought the car so there will be no worries about a transfer of a lease.

My selling price is $39,955 which is straight from Kelly Blue Book for a Private Party sale.

Price lowered to $38,950!!!

This is $2500 less than Kelly Blue Book third party sale value and over $6000 less than current Kelly Blue Book used retail.

I have had some offers for 38K and I appreciate the interest, but I absolutely can not go lower than the new price.
