Hello All! I am a transplant from e46fanatics... Sold the 325, now I have a 335 Coupe.
My question is really more a statement... My car seems really loud. I know the dual exhaust is less restrictive, but it almost sounds like one of those rice-burner cars will the big mufflers... Any thoughts? Am I missing a baffel or something? The car is completely stock. |

Do you have a 2009?
I recall hearing that BMW did a software update for 2009 to revert back to a prior update because of customer complaints that the exhaust was not loud enough and there was turbo lag.
On my 325 I installed a 330 exhaust and actually like the noise though sometimes can be annoying. Listening to 335 exhausts is like a cat purring to my growl so its hard to believe that its really loud. Do you use regular or premium fuel? Quote:
