08 328i Coupe questions...

Need some help on determining if this is a good deal: 2008 328i Coupe: Manual/Leatherette/Sport/Power Seats/Heated Seats/Ipod Adapter. The msrp is $39,420 and the dealer went down to $37,000 which included $1,000 for my trade in. The 37 is before taxes and tags, I am located in PA. I was referred to this site by a buddy who is a member of e46 fanatics and he said I could probably find everything I need to know within these forums. I am trying to figure out if the dealer still has room to move on the price as I know 37 is still above invoice. Any help would be greatly appreciated as the .9% financing only goes till the end of August and this is one of the reasons I can afford this vehicle. Thanks in advance.

I got my 2008 328i black/leatherate/sport/iPod adapter for 34000 before taxes, the car had 8000 miles and it wasn't rediculously rare to find so I'm sure you can probobly get him to lower the price or just find one for cheaper

My dealer only knocked off 2K from the sticker. It is a 335 with premium, auto and sport package. Yeah, I paid too much but the color and trim package I wanted was damn near impossible to get. I looked for weeks all over the country.

I wanted it.... so, ****, I had to pay.

I still think you can beat 'em down a bit. 328s are pretty easy to come by.

The dealer always has room to move if they really want to push the car off the lot. I would personally figure out the exact invoice price of the car and then offer them somewhere between $500 - $1,000 over that depending on what their inventory situation looks like. Generally speaking that car should be somewhere around $37k without your trade-in give or take a few hundred. Hope that helps.
