I posted this on e46fanatics but was told to post on here...hopefully I have luck.
Turns out my amp is bad. From the accident it seems one of the speaker wires were pinched and that cause the amp to go out. I cant just install any amp because of the fiber optic cable on the e90. Actually no one makes an amp with an optical input. So now Im stuck. I left it at a local shop but they already told me they dont know how to fix it but will call around to see who has experience. In the mean time Im hopeing someone here probably upgraded there entire sounds system and has one laying around or can point me in the right direction.
