To play devils advocate as a business owner, don't you think you're overreacting just a littttle bit? Sure, not answering phones and a substantial ship time isn't the best business. Although, It's pretty poor etiquette to post a bashing review of a company without hearing their side.

When did you order on April 2nd? If it was past 1 pm generally the order will process April 3rd and mail out for you April 4th.

You can to account for time in business days so 7 days, 6 for the amount of time during shipping. Depending on what shipping method you selected USPS allows 7-10 business days to reach the destination.

I understand totally where you are coming from, don't get me wrong. But, I think you have to put yourself in the companies shoes. What if there was a death in the owners family? A car crash put him in the hospital? Without hearing back from them, it's inappropriate to bash them. Give them the chance to make it right.

Now, if they answer the phone and say "oh sorry" we haven't shipped it out yet, you have a valid argument . I'm looking forward to seeing what they have to say.
