First question is the SMG out on the M3 yet in US?

It's M-DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission), not SMG. First cars should be arriving soon, but it will be many months before there are any "in stock" without big markups.

And can some store actually have any of them in stock?

There are some in stock without DCT. Sedans are easier to find than coupes. Many dealers are trying to get markups above list price, but that won't last long.

And is it possible to buy the car without taxes since im not going to register it in US?
|
Probably. Depends ont the state it is purchased in, perhaps, since sales taxes go by state. There is no sales tax in my state of Oregon. BMW of North America will not sell a car if they know it is going to be exported, however.

And if somebody buys it for me, how can he buy it on my name without me being there?

Shouldn't be a problem, though you may have to sign some documents.
Aren't there restrictions on your end to imprting foreign cars.? Be aware there are few minor differences on US models, but most should not be an issue for service.
