@gregW- Your short reviews have done a lot of convincing, sounds like the new m3 is the car to get. My family is debating between e46, e92 m3 or 335 convertible, I think I got them leaning towards the new m3 now, just need to find one without the markup!
Or you can go through a car broker, sure you're gonna have to pay the fee, but it's worth it I'm getting my 335 coupe for 3 years and 12000 mile per for $721 a month and not to mention it has all the options such as cold weather, sport and performance/premium I forgot what it was called as well as nav and Ipod hook-up and heated seats which I don't have in my car now so that should be nice (come with cold weather pckg) but then again thats a 335 and you are looking for an M3 and mine is a lease and it sounds like you're looking to buy?

Good Luck man

btw, dealer quoted $731 for sport and performance/premium and nothing else no nav, ipod, etc. so $10 less a month and the down payment is less too about $400 and I get all that

@Greg- Any new impressions or stories? Now that you have had the M3 for a bit, can you write up a short update to your initial review please?

greg, awesome looking M3! Saw white with black on showroom floor yesterday and white is def the color to get to show off the carbon fiber roof. The fox red really sets it all off. Question: Are those the 19" wheels and are they a darker color than the usual bright silver?
The white M3 I saw on the showroom floor had 18" wheels and they were darker which really looked great. Thanks bro and good luck with it!

Thanks! The 19s have a clear-coated satin aluminum face that is pretty bright, however everything behind the face is painted a gray. They are not dark-looking overall, like the 18s, which are all painted in a darker gray.

wow ur pics and review make me love the 08 even more!!

unfortunately i was rear ended a few weeks ago and state farm is giving me trouble fixing the car to bmw mnfg standards and my family and i are contemplating rather than dealing with the trouble to have them fix my car (which a-holes are supposed to do by law anyways), we might just have them fix the car their way and then trade it in for a new M.

I just picked up an M3 Sedan in Graphite Metallic. I am loving it although I only have 126 miles on it and am no where close to breaking it in.

I wanted some advise on the 3M clear bra. Do any of you have it on your M3s? How much protection does it provide? I am trying to decide whether I should get it. The dealer wants $1000 for it which seems steep. Any thoughts?
