Think it will be 335xi sedan

Ive been going back and forth between coupe and sedan because the sedan is significantly cheaper, especially for leasing, and here is the where I am at. This salesman emailed me back saying he will talk to his manager about a deal $500 over invoice at money factor of .00200 but he will have to charge $825 acquisition fee upfront. Seems pretty good to me, but do you think that fee is normal?
BTW, the car is Crimson Red on black 335xi sdn, prem, sport, wheel upgrade, nav, comfort access.

more confusion

So they held true to $500 over but stated that edmunds doesn't include about $300 in advertising fees etc that dealers in chicago experience and he did show me a cost breakdown so i guess i can buy that.

But I came in with a leaseguide.com lease figure and they said that the tax on that site is usage tax which isn't used in Illinois. Illinois charges tax upfront on the total cost and spreads it out over the payments making the expense higher. Anybody hear of this?

Also, they said they will bring the tax credit up by claiming they give me $30k for my car, when in reality they will buy it for $19k therefore bringing down my payment further. I am not putting any equity down they are giving me the full $19k. Does this sound legit or will I get screwed somehow?
