IPOD Controller Question

I had my dealer install the IPOD controlled into my E92, but seem to be experiencing a problem, I think. The lit. says that the controller will allow you to view your entire library, but mine does not. I don't know if that is because I have to much music on my IPOD and the controller can only handle a set amout or what... i.e. when I am scrolling through artists, I stop somewhere in the K's. My IPOD functions normally by itself, and I have about 11000 songs on it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance .

Thanks... only 255 artists / albums can be displayed at one time. Answers my question, but that really sucks ass... I wish I had known that, I have about 1300 different artists. Oh well...
