etiquette of selling a car...

ive never sold a car before....in most cases, is it the buyer or the sellers job to travel to the other party? or do they meet halfway in most cases?

i've done both. generally, it's easier to go to the seller's, as the seller must complete a bill of sale, and once you hand over the keys, you must arrange transport back.

How bad do you want to sell the car?

Usually I meet most of the buyers request to make them most comfortable.

If it's over 100 miles, I might ask them to meet me half-way. Remember, they will still have to go get a loan, most don't pay in cash.
