Dealer Activated Features

Is there a form with a list of features that the dealer can turn on or off for the E90 cars? I seem to remember that there was a form you could fill out when you bought a new E46.

Those features can all be controlled now without having to fill out the form...even without iDrive.

Use the scroll button on the turn stalk, not the b/c button on the end of the stalk, but the inner scroll button. Scroll to various menus that allow you to control those functions. One menu in particular, which has a Key, check mark, and lock icon, controls a bunch of very specific functions.

There's one caveat. If you have an early production '06, then some of the features are not available, but many still are.

Good luck.

also, these settings are saved in whatever key is in the car. it is very easy to have a completely differently acting car for the other key. down to the AC temp and radio stations
