There is no way of knowing at this point. Vishnu is getting close to 400hp but without hardware upgrades (new turbos) it probably isn't going to get much higher than that. 500 hp is going to take some serious work and a good amount of money. I would guess technikpower.com (see their current project car here -
E92 Turbo Project (Part 2)) will have something for the 335, but it probably a year out. Cost wise I would figure 5K for any sort of upgrades.

Because the engine is turbo there aren't the traditional headers in the car. I would imagin as a part of a power kit you could get a new turbo mainfold but it yet to be seen if there would be a gain from that. The same can be said about the intercooler. No one knows if there is gains to be had. You aren't going to put a blower (supercharger) in a turbo car for the most part.

BMW has direct injection on the 335 and no one knows what is going on the M3 (probably direct injection). It isn't a simply swap and it wouldn't make any sense.

I'm sure you could reach that curb wight but it is going to take more than a CF hood. I bet the seats weigh at least 75 lbs each. Start with some light weight aftermarket seats, then remove your back seats and all sound dampening. Look at a light weight battery, and remove any other un-needed junk.
Just like some many people you are jumping the gun on mods....they sadly are not out yet. The 335i is a brand new engine, most tuners haven't gotten their hands on one yet and everyone is more than slighly concerned that the factory turbos are going to have problems before any aftermarket tuning is done. No tuner wants to be stuck holding the bag if the turbos start blowing, espeically if it turns into a warranty mess.
Mods will come out but it is going to take time. Look at the E46 market, mods are still coming out and that chassis is dead.
