Just got my new 335i sedan.

Hi all.

Just moved over here from e45fanatics and wanted to introduce myself. Just got my new sedan yesterday and I'm already loving it. Now, don't burn me too badly when you find out that I traded my 05 M3 in for the 335i, but I wanted a four door with more room that still had the power. I loved my M, in fact it was my dream car, but my fat, American butt was getting too big for the seats, ha. Well, after two days of driving, I'm quickly replacing my first love with my new love. The drive is so much smoother and I don't feel every bump in the road. I had the 6MT in the M and opted for it again in my 335i, got to have a manual. Most of the dealers only had the auto, but I finally found one that had all of my options with the manual transmission. The only difference is was that I didn't really want black, I wanted one of the greys or silvers, but once I saw the black on black combo with the walnut trim, I changed my mind. I love the turbos, so much different than my Evo was, much more refined, you barely feel them. Well, like I said, just wanted to introduce myself and my car.

Welcome! I think the car just keeps getting better as I notice more and more about it. It is funny though because I own a modified Audi A4 1.8t and that "feels" fast...the 335 actually IS fast but it does it in such a smoother fashion. I am hoping to get to the break-in point shortly and will have some fun actually running through the gears without paying so much attention to the tach!

Good luck with the car
