I think the ACS kit is a bit ricey. I have always loved hamann's clean lines on the 346 kits, and I think their e90 addon looks nice. The ACS kit looks like you could shovel snow with it. (inital reaction)

The ACS kit is ugly as hell - especially the front bumper with the weird delta corners and the "artistic" side add-ons.
