I think the most common issue with the 06 e90 was the steering column. If your steering wheel ever locks up on you and doesn't let you start it up, whatch out... you might need your steering column replaced. Other than that, I've had my 330i for over 2 years and I haven't any issues other than the "squeaky wheel" syndrome. Enjoy your sweet ride!
